Principal speech on 7 Jan

As everyone knows, the new principal is mrs ouyang and the first assembly lesson was the principal speech on 7 Jan. Overall it was ok and there were a few changes. I think that we are quite childish lor.. evey little thing she say like we are good girls or sth, everyone start to clap and cheer. I dun get it.
There is a change in our school vision and mission. Vision is not really that impt to me, more for the school. The mission change to nuture cedarians into leaders of character who serve with courage, conviction and compassion. Yup. When she said that some ppl liked it but some did not. Im neutral lah. Doesn't really matter to me. But i heard from some ppl that they think women of substance sounds 'chim'mer. Haha.
The new principal also said the word 'brats' somewhere in her speech and everyone was quite surprised and the hall was filled with those kind of principals-should-not-use-such-words murmuring. Haha. It's true though. U seldom hear a principal or teacher say such words...
